Target group:  Primary, middle and high school students, vocational students, and students of Gymnasium and Fachmittelschule. University level coaching may be offered upon request.

Time:  Tuesday - Saturday,  according to individual request.

Guiding principles.

How we work.

With Cevi Tuition, we want to help children, youth and adultsreceive a good education by offering low-cost one-on-one coaching for various  subjects.

Why choose Cevi Tuition?

We see a great need for coaching and learning supervision. Many students turn to private institutions to receive this tutoring. However, prices for these kinds of lessons are rarely below 60 CHF. This makes it impossible for many to participate because they can not afford such expensive programs. This is where Cevi Tuition steps in to fill the gap!

The infrastructure and central location of the Cevi Zentrum Glockenhof are excellent prerequisites for realising a variety of different projects. Cevi Tuition was created because we wanted to create meaningful and contemporary offers in this place.

What is Cevi Tuition?

  • We are open to any and all students
  • Our offer is not free, but inexpensive, and seeks to support lower-income families
  • We are not simply a learning institute: We want to be a role model for social inclusion, built on Christian values.
  • Courses are taught by motivated and qualified tutors

Your support makes a difference.

Your donation makes it possible for students from low-income families, who can't afford the price for a regular tuition, to take tuition lessons anyway. We gladly accept a higher rate per lesson for your child's tuition as a donation. As the YMCA/YWCA Zurich is certified by ZEWO (Swiss certification authority for charities), your donation is tax-deductible.
